Why KiInvoice ? KiInovice is a very easy to use application for creating and managing your invoices and purchase orders. Searching within invoices? KiInvoice's flexibility to search through collective database of invoices and purchase orders by keyword, date and category. KiInvoice searches throughout the entire document, allowing you to find invoices based on specific items contained within those invoices.

Can I backup my data ? Yes. You can make copies of your invoice database that are stored within the application database to any backup solutions; such as, "CD, External Hard-drives, Tape Backup" etc. At anytime, simply import the database back within the application when required.

Can I print a listing of invoices ? Kiinvoice makes this very easy, select any invoice or multiple invoices from search and then select the print icon.

Does KiInvoice only create invoices ? Although KiInvoice is primarily used for creating invoices, it will allow you to create purchase orders and print packing slips.

Does KiInvoice support Canadian Tax Codes ? KiInovice will allow you to enter any type of tax code, eg: GST, PST, HST etc. Selecting the "Tax exemption" option in your settings menu will allow you to exempt any item from an invoice of tax and all calculations are done instantly.

Can I print or export to PDF ? KiInvoice will allow you to export an invoice to PDF format by clicking on the PDF icon. Export single page, multiple page or selection of documents simultaneously.

Can I create Reports for my Accountant ? Definitely! KiInovice will allow you to select any invoices from search and once the invoices are selected, simply click the Reports icon for your reports to be generated instantly.
